		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve updated the build files to use the first beta candidate for Scala 2.8.0 and Specs 1.6.1-2.8.0.Beta1-RC1.

Configgy now builds fine from the command-line, but the tests don&#039;t run for some reason. I&#039;ll check with Eric.
