Paul Chiusano <a href="http://www.nabble.com/-scala--Scala-job-in-Boston-writing-quantitative-finance-software-td20780369.html">announced</a> in the Scala mailing list that ClariFI is looking to hire developers &#8220;with a strong background in functional programming to do a mixture of Scala and Java programming&#8221;. The mailing list thread contains more details including a link to the official job posting.</p>
<p>It will be interesting to see if posts like that will become a common occurrence in the future.</p>
